Terms for using AmalCrew

1. The service

AmalCrew provides a web workspace for project crews, timesheet submissions, supervisor approvals, reports and Telegram-based worker notifications. The MVP is designed for small and growing field teams.

AmalCrew is not payroll software, an accounting system, a biometric attendance system, or legal, employment, immigration, tax or wage advice. Confirmed records must be reviewed by the customer before they are used for payroll or any statutory purpose.

2. Business users and authority

You may use the service only for a legitimate business purpose and only if you have authority to accept these Terms for your organization. You are responsible for your account credentials, manager access, project invitations and all activity carried out through your workspace.

3. Workforce data and customer responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for ensuring that it has a valid legal basis to collect and use worker and supervisor information, gives required notices, obtains required permissions for Telegram communications, and follows applicable UAE labour, data-protection and employment requirements.

You must keep submitted hours accurate, ensure supervisors review approvals, and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal data. Contact AmalCrew before using the service for a processing activity that requires a separate data-processing agreement or special safeguards.

4. Telegram and third-party services

Telegram workflows are optional. By choosing them, you instruct AmalCrew to send the relevant invitation, timesheet or approval information through Telegram to the selected user or chat. Telegram’s own terms and privacy practices apply to its platform. You are responsible for confirming that recipients and chat details are correct.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, upload malware, attempt to access another organization’s data, use the service to discriminate unlawfully, or use it in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual-property or other rights. We may suspend access to protect the service, users or legal compliance.

6. Pricing, pilots and payment

Published plan prices describe the current product offering and may change with notice. During the MVP, a pilot, paid subscription, billing date, tax treatment and any additional terms will be confirmed with the organization before a charge is made. If a written order form or subscription agreement applies, it takes priority over conflicting pricing details on the website.

7. Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, internet connectivity or events outside our control. We may change, improve or discontinue a feature during the MVP. The Contact page and Telegram channel show the currently available support route and working hours.

8. Intellectual property

AmalCrew and its software, branding, content and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. We grant your organization a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during an active pilot or subscription. You retain rights in the data your organization enters, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

9. Suspension, termination and data

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, non-payment under an agreed subscription, or where required by law. After closure, data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.

10. Liability, law and changes

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AmalCrew is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from unreviewed timesheet data. These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable UAE law, subject to any mandatory rules and any signed agreement with your organization.

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the updated Terms, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page.
